| Description | Selling a vintage VNB from 1962. 125 cc. A classic with the two saddle seats - the rack/cowl guards/passenger footrest set-up is pretty rare.
Paint was recently re-touched after some minor damage. Paint has some flaws, but overall looks good. Could use a buff.
I've been slowly refinishing the scoot for awhile now, and many parts are new stock or new.
Just de-coked the heads and piston. All new cables and cable sheaths. New rubber. New floor rails. New tires. New seats.
It runs well, starts after one or two kicks. Three gears on the left handlebar. Pulls a little in second sometimes.
Some flaws - odometer doesn't work. Back brake light and horn are out. The chrome around the front cowl is off the bike and hasn't been restored yet. I have a newer temporary aluminum one, but it looks cheap, IMO, so I haven't put it on.
Anyone who rides these scooters knows the vintage ones have quirks. But she's a solid scoot.
Looking to get around $2200, but make me an offer. There aren't too many like this one left around.
