In fair condition, and will need work. Currently runs inconsistently. Since purchasing, I've changed out the tank (original was super rusty), rebuilt the carb, rebuilt some of the electrical, fixed the odometer cable, put on a new exhaust, and re-sealed all the manifolds. Scoot has the original seat, original lights (the tail light lens came to be in 3 pieces, and is not glued/taped back together). Will occasionally start by kicking, or by bump-starting, but needs more attention to become a consistent runner.
Completely registered (as a Florida antique), and I have a Florida title.
