Scooter restoration process includes:
Complete strip of all components
Parts power blasted to bare metal and reconditioned
frame stripped reconditioned to original state (with original frame number still intact)
New wiring loom installed
For rebuilt Engine: Castings are cleaned using a sand blaster and then checking for any cracks, stripped threads, bearing surface tolerances etc.. We reassembled and
fitted all parts with new or reconditioned original parts and upgrade it to 12V CDI electrical system for better lighting, horn and easy to start-up.
New top end fitted (barrel, piston and cylinder kit)
Gear box and shims re-conditioned
All engine bearings and seals replaced
all cables are new
New Speedometer
New seats
New Italian made badges and chrome trim
New chrome parts installed as required (horns, covers, switch gear, headlights, crests, speedometer trims etc.)
New exhaust
