| Description | -1968 Italjet 50cc Mustang & Deluxe - Two classic Italian cafe racers.
These two bikes were imported as a pair to use for magazine articles, and motorcycle shows when new. Both have very few miles (under 1000 original), and both have California titles and blue CA plates (consecutively numbered!). In dry storage for the past 33 years.
Amazing & exotic features incorporated into these little machines including double sided front brakes, beautiful alloy components, remote float Dellorto carbs, Lafranconi exhausts, extraordinary frame and fuel tank designs, factory lightning holes drilled in fender brackets, fork crowns, exhaust stays, etc. One of them has the speedometer incorporated into the fuel tank!
Can easily be built into gorgeous cafe racers, or easily replicate the Italjet Vampiro. Concours potential if someone spends the time to transform these little jewels into works of art-
These bikes have always been together, and I'd like to sell them together if possible. Possible scooter trades considered.
