| Description | For sale is a rare 1966 Vespa SS180 located in Portland, Oregon. This scooter was restored about 15 years ago and seldom ridden afterwards. It has all the original hard to find parts, such as airbox, cooling shroud, carburetor, etc.
The scooter was professionally painted at the time of restoration. All lights work and it runs great and starts easily. It is one of the more rare Vespa models and is getting pretty hard to find. It's piston ported with a strong 180cc engine.
It was recently serviced to make roadworthy again. Some of the things done to it are: Carburetor cleaned, clutch replaced, cables lubed, etc. All lights/ horn work and the gas tank is clean and rust free. It's ready for summer cruising or collecting.
Please note; The scooter and engine are from 1966 but the DMV titled it as a 1968. The scoot comes with a clean Oregon title and a sweet SS180 custom license plate.
The only significant flaws on the body are some scrapes on the right cowl and fender that have been touched up after the scooter was tipped over in the shop
