This bike was unearthed from a barn in Utah in 2016 it is a real barn find.
Here is a list of the parts on the bike:
#1. 1937 Harley Knucklehead frame restored by Haifley Brothers. Frame has all of the correct casting #s, early brazed frame 28 degree with the welded on close brake stay for 37.
#2. 1942 Harley XA Springer Forks with original paint.
#3. 1947 Knucklehead engine matching cases, last owner rebuilt it 40+ years ago. I rebuilt the Linkert m35 and distributor. It fired right up and runs great, there is no smoke and has good power.
#4. 1947 4-speed transmission shifts great and kicks through smooth with C7 date code no cracks or repairs.
#5. 1936-39 original paint 18" STEPPED star hub wheels with original paint front wheel has nos parkerized spokes. Front wheel has rare aluminum cover and early stamped brake drum.
