DescriptioneBay Link is here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/273508788535 Yes this is real and its really happening 1963 Vespa GS160 MKII w/ P200E Motor / Malossi 210 / Bitubo Shocks The Bike One of the finest examples of a 1963 Vespa GS160 MKII in the world! This bike combines the best body that Vespa ever made (GS160MKII), along with the best engine (Vespa P200E) and has all the best performance enhancements such as a tuned exhaust, larger cylinder head, and better shocks... all with the best possible restoration/chroming/powder coating! This European bike was restored in San Francisco at Firstkick Scooters in 2001 and kept very carefully since. It has never been laid down! Restoration includes full chroming/powder coating of all parts... A new Vespa P200e engine with an SIP exhaust were added during restoration. A few years ago a Malossi 210 head was added, as well as Bitubo shocks. You can easily cruise on the freeway, climb the tallest mountains, or be the leader at the rallies with this best in class GS! You will never find another GS160MKII like this... New Jersey current title. Ships with the brown seat pictured- the grey seat is available for a separate price. Photos and Videos Please contact me via eBay messaging and I will send you a link to Google Drive where you can see extensive photos and some videos just taken of the engine running. Condition I am the original owner of the bike who had it restored in 2001. It was with a friend for a few years who upgraded the engine with the Malossi kit and added Bitubo shocks, and then it returned to me. This bike is not a garage queen. Since its restoration it has been on rallies, ridden up mountains, on freeways, and around town. It has normal age for a very carefully kept bike that was used commensurate with its capabilities and has minor cosmetic wear and tear from being ridden. Some of the flaws include: paint chip on back of front wheel cover, hairline paint cracks on floorboard near where parts are bolted, slight aging of chrome, scuff on right cowl, headlight bulb needs changing, horn does not work (used to work), upper bulb on taillight needs replacement, Ramar carb intake filter needs replacement (just a grey foam cover), various tiny scuffs on surface of paint, handlebars are a bit out of alignment. I have taken photos of all of the issues I can find- email me for a google drive link with photos. There is of course no rust or deterioration of any kind- just normal use for a well kept bike. However despite these minor flaws, the bike still presents as a mint condition bike and superior to just about any bike you will find on the road. The pictures are very accurate and have been taken in various lighting. You will be the envy of any rally, heads will turn on any city street, and you will be able to tackle every paved road in the world...
