| Description | Back-burner project over too many years and it’s time to let it go. Purchased several years ago with leg shield already cut down, SS90 headset and fender. Thereafter a bare metal redo and the remaining SS bits (Asia repro) added including; welded in floorboard, leg shield trim, dummy tank, wheel discs, seat, etc. Going for durability, all was powder coated satin black and gloss red. Paint in great condition, body underneath coating has some minor dings and dents. Frame is a 1965 Vespa 50n. Motor is a professionally rebuilt Primavera 125 with a DR 130 kit and SIP clutch. Rest of motor is stock, aside from SS style exhaust. Less than 1000 miles on rebuild. Scooter starts easily and runs/drives/handles well. Remaining issue not figured out is sometimes the motor doesn’t want to settle down to idle. Carb? Air draw? I’m assuming someone savvier than me can track it down. I believe asking price reflects this, but open to reasonable offers. Clean TX title in my name. Can help with transport if reasonably close to Dallas. Or, I’m not far from Denver James.
