The motor rebuild is new and will need to be broken in for the first 500 miles. The scooter comes with a vehicle vessel Bill of sale and a notarized affidavit of loss / release of interest documentation by the previous owner. This scooter has not been registered for a very very long time. You will need to take it to the State Patrol for inspection and apply for a new title. Registration can be completed by any local Vehicle Tabs renewal office.
