Electronic ignition is a system of using a CDI instead of a points and condensor system to create the spark for your scooter's engine to run.

It is not to be confused with electric start.

Some Vespas with electronic ignition included:

Rally 200

All PX Series Vespas

A CDI is the electronic ignition module. It replaces the points and condensor on the engines.

Many were made by Ducati Electronics for Vespas.

Its furthest green wire is kill.

Its white and yellow wires are both grounds. There are two to be redundant.
