The Honda Spree was introduced in 1984 and discontinued in 1987 when it was replaced by the Honda Elite. Equipped with a 50cc engine, but lacking the modern Constant Velocity Transmission (CVT) the early Spree could only reach a speed of 30mph.

Typically found at Garage Sales, Flea Markets, Trailer Parks, or languishing in the back of scooter and motorcycle shops after the current/previous owner brought it in with the simple instructions of "Can you just get it running?" without understanding how much money it would actually take for the repair.

Many scooter rallies will often offer a sacrifice of a Honda Spree to the Scooter Gods as payment for a good rally.
