This needs more than a cleanup, it needs correction, we need to discuss the 50 vs actual (49) issue, it needs state citations, this is a VERY weak spot on a VERY important page.

Yes, it is good we are filling in pages, but I for one would rather have empty pages over incorrect of incomplete.

Also I believe that there are scooters with smaller displacements, not many, and not many "respectable" but their are some, especially some classic Oddscoots.

I broke down and quick editted it, but it still needs help.
