A scooter ritual whereas a male scooterist places his nutsack on or near the head or face of a fellow scooterist who has passed out in a public area at a rally. The female version is known as the V-Bag.

First known teabagging in the Chicago area scooter rally scene occurred when 22LSC's Andy Miller teabagged JKSC's Jesse Sauer at Slaughterhouse 7, 2001.
