Comments: We came up on this guy on our way back from the Sat morn. ride. He was riding an elec scoot (4 inch wheels) drunk and bit it head first in the intersection. He was unconscious when we got to him (that's me and Ivy next to him) No..not the cop!
He "came to" a little later...the Paramedics were d**ks....we left after they got him on a back-board. I don't know how he is...but I may try to find out soon.
