Fitted on this fully restored GP200 body is a brand new GP200 engine with improvements to the factory SIL engine. This scooter has all new parts.
The engine case was bead blasted and then deburred to remove flashing from SIL factory. It was then polished. The threads are chased to clean up the factory mess, SIL Factory internal components thoroughly inspected for any quality control issue before assembly and engine was bench tested before installation.
Upgrades include GP 200 Stage 4 200 cc cylinder,12V CDI electronic ignition, and standard GP Big Bore Exhaust.
Painted with 3 coats of DuPont automotive paint and finished with a 2 coats of clear.
Ancolitti style seat. New Conti Navigators tires on brand new rims
All new wiring harness. New switches and controls, New regulator/rectifier/Coil/CDI. Brand new headlight and taillight.
