GT200 powered Li Lambretta
Year/Make/ModelGT200 powered Li Lambretta
DescriptionHere's a project for ya! This is a GT200 stuffed into a modified 64 Lambretta frame. I started building this a few years back but never got around to finishing it. Too many other projects going on. Engine, wiring, and plumbing for the rad and pump for the gas tank is all there and it will start up with a fresh battery. I recently checked over the engine and reset the valves. The frame geometry is complete, but I would recommend welding a few gussets behind the tubes that support the top arch to the shocks. The rest of the sheet metal work is done but not perfect as seen by the skim coating of plastic filler. I don't have a title for it but I do have the tube part from the original Lambretta that has the VIN on it. It's no guarantee but a VIN rubbing, a bill of sale and 100 bucks should get you a PA title form the notary down the street from me that I always use. The fork tube has been cut to take GP forks and panel work. The forks in the pic are bent and therefor not included in the deal. Last but not least, I only have the blue key for it. Like I said, it will run but if you loose this key you will have to replace the whole ECU. I would really like to see this thing finally get on the road and honestly, it shouldn't take all that much to get it going. I strongly suggest whoever buys it has the skills to bring it to fruition. $1,500 takes it!
