| Description | The wife has decided to part with the 1966 Starstream I built for her. It has less than 50 miles on the new piston. Original parts restored where possible. Way too many new parts to list, most parts sourced from Scooterrestorations in the U.K. Lots of custom parts, as well... including a one-of-a-kind expansion chamber built by ReBorn Lambretta, a one-of-a-kind low profile seat, and extreme drop bars. MPH speedo from Belgium recently added. All electrical in working order. I've replaced the 18mm carb with a 20mm Dellorto. Re-cut keys for the original column lock from Jem Booth. The paint and body are good but not perfect (it was my first effort with satin paint (Firemist Red)). Clear Vermont title/registration in my name. I have heard that Denver James is coming to the west coast in a few weeks so transport is readily available. |
