It would be suitable for children aged about 3 to 7.
Despite having a handful of kilometers on it it has never been crashed and is in excellent condition with some spare parts included.
It has a fully charging battery that propels it at two speeds; pretty slow and safe + fast enough to balance and actually ride. I have removed the training wheels, but they are included.
There is a storage box for the back and under the seat storage as well, just like the real thing. It has lights and a horn and a revving sound.
These are getting hard to find here in North America.
