You are looking at a 1961 Vespa 125 VNB4T with a VLB 150 motor installed

Since putting all these things into the Vespa, (about 15 years ago) it has been driven less than 15 miles .
This is sold AS IS with a bill of sale ONLY. Years ago I started the process of getting a title for it and then just never got around to finishing it. At that time I had the sheriffs department run the VIN number to check to see if it was stolen or anything like that (because I bought it without a title too) and the VIN check came back clean. (I have since lost that paper)
I was able to drain out the old gas, put some fresh 2% mix in it and I was able to get it started. Now that I have run it for a few minutes it starts up the first kick. The lights don't appear to be working. I am not sure what the issue is. (I did have the lights working when I first put this thing together) The horn does work. (well if you can really call a Vespa horn a horn)
