This the super deluxe version that 'swings' out, has an option to fit a lock, and most importantly latches down---this not only keeps tire super secure, but makes nearly all other inline carriers that bolt together look agricultural in comparison. Rubber buffers are in excellent condition and chrome looks to be original, although tired in several places.
