Description | Selling my 1954 125D as I’ve finally sourced a 150. This scooter is 100% complete, just needs the final assembly and a few items sorted. Here’s the scoop:
*movers damaged rear of mudguard, minor split, needs re-spray, I started the repair in 2003.
*Forks need attention. Forks ARE NOT bent, but I haven’t been able to get the camber on the wheel to sit straight & vertical; the stops inside the forks measure exact and spot-on.
*All new fork components included to replace and rebuild forks.
* Due to other Lambretta projects, she’s taken a backseat, hence why she’s for sale.
*Scooter is COMPLETE and has everything (all new parts) to complete the build.
Teleflex model with an NOS unused cable fitted.
*Accessory speedo and drive sourced from Nigel Cox.
*Engine has zero miles on it since rebuilt by Howard Chambers in the UK.
*50’s blue is a Morris Minor RAL color.
FULL DISCLOSURE: Scooter has been in storage under an auto cover since 2003. Inside the legshields, there is a 2”x7” area of paint slightly bubbling/separating most likely due to faulty prep.
Overall, paint is best suited to be of the daily driver type.
