Comments: I encouraged neither Chad nor Mike nor Atti to misbehave. I was just there to document what did happen. I didn't tell Mike to ride like an idiot on an uninspected bike with no VIN# in front of a cop who knows what a Vespa is. I didn't tell Atti to put people in the back of Percy's truck before unloading the bikes and have them sit on the bikes in the back of the truck. And I told Chad to skip the license, don't blame me because he wanted to "do it right".

Comments: Mike Heyten's ticket. Sorry, camera to JPEG to Photoshop to JPEG to Scoot.net and JPEGing a 3rd time seems to have permanently made this ticket illegible. Or was that just the cop's handwriting? Mike just get a Maryland license. You were supposed to have one six months ago.
