Comments: We saw this guy stopped at Maryland tollbooth on the way down. Tollbooth operator and then supervisor said the driver must pay for 3 axle vehicle because of the little "training wheels" that come out and stabilize bike when stopped. You can see how they retract in next pic in series. Driver arguing and causing multi-car backup - don't know if he won or lost the argument.
