Comments: However, day 6 turned ugly when Ashrat went down on a left-hand sweeper, just east of Mechanicsville, IA. Apparently she turned too late and slid off the road into the gravel. Her bike got beat up pretty good as it flipped over and over. Luckly, she fared much better with nothing more serious than some bruises and a couple scrapes!
