Comments: The most fucked up part of this photo is that it was taken on August 14th, and HE'S WEARING A WINTER HAT.
At this point in the ride, we were in the middle lane, making a left hand turn across this cop's lane of traffic. He appeared to be more amused than offended.
Not so much with the 5-0 we ran into 10 minutes later, though.

Comments: Trying to get through downtown Minneapolis with ~30 scoots at midnight on a weekend. I think that's Korey trying to "communicate" -- the cop let us all turn left in front of him. Very fun!
