Comments: STOLEN 8.19.2003 Glover Park DC: White Vespa P200E 1980, VSX1T39693, tag MT1443/DC, chrome rear rack, Sebac suspension, titled, inspected to 4.2004.
The scooter did not have the battery in at the time so, if running, the rectifier will burn-out, followed by the head light, and that may be a clue.
