Comments: Mike from Baltimore and his FrankenVespa. Too bad the LVMPD didn't appreciate his creation... good luck in court, Mike! Ya know, it kinda reminds me of the way the townspeople treated Frankenstein's creation with contempt and scorn in Mary Shelly's novel... ;)
