| Comments: I have problem with filter box. When I closed box, engine will not runnig over 8000rpm. Filterbox is original, without tuning.What jetting is good for normal performance for common use... When I ran a 24mm arrichi carb with this set up it ran fine. Also ran fine with a Koso 28 mm right out of the box.never had to change a thing except move the needle to #1 slot. |

| Comments: When I first got the bike running with a 50pilot/120main I could not get it to run worth a crap under half-throttle. Since I've done about 150mi break-in riding and went all the way to down to 35pilot/115main, and also experimented with x3 and x5 needles in 2nd and 3rd clip positions as well as the stock AV262 emulsion tube. Currently with this setup I finally have her acting "normal", plug chop also reads a well-burning motor. NOW the only problem is that I'm still having trouble getting the idle to cooperate. However only now am I finally getting more of a normal amount of RPM drop when letting off the throttle. (it was hanging a lot with previous setups). I hope this helps someone as I'm also about a mile up in altitude! Cheers! |

BE6 seems to stop the lean conditions when cruising in 4th gear at 55 mph. Not really a racer bike so this is a good setup or start for a touring bike. |

Light amount of carbon was apparent on the lower half of piston but not much...I am happy with the outcome and will not push this set up beyond it's current configuration..I only wanted to keep up from 0-55. |

Changed plug to NGK B6HS with 0.5mm gap. Massive difference in scooter response, more power, holds gears longer accelerates quicker. Exhaust is noisey though. |

| Comments: This carb is a bit small for the ported 210 with Mazz Cut Crank and Malossi Reed Valve setup so the settings are a bit tricky. Would work better with a oval slide 30mm carb and best with a 34 - 35mm flat slide carb. The difference is peak hp vs. gas mileage. The 28mm nets somewhere between 30 - 50 miles per gallon depending on how hard it is being ridden. Doesn't get much better than that. |

This engine set-up is ultra reliable, and pulls up through the gears quickly.I always use putoline semi synthetic oil, and BP ULTIMATE high octane fuel. I can recomend this set-up. |

Easy touring at 65mph with 1/2 throttle left, tons of torque pulling in 4th gear from 30mph up to 75mph top. 120/ 50 idle jet and the silde mod essentially eliminated the pinging with the throttle rolled off. BE4 was too rich, causing bogging/ rough transition around 1/2 throttle, and BE3 cleaned it right up. About 55MPG for spirited but not too crazy touring, maybe more for gentle ride. |
