Comments: After many tests it seems the best. I changed the pinion with a 19. The carburetion in fourth gear at maximum speed is perhaps lean because a lot of air coming from the air intake under the seat. main 125 I beleave I think it is fat in the second and third gear.

Comments: All stock except for the carb (20/20 instead of 20/17). Currently set up with 160 air, BE3 mixer, 102 main jet. Last owner had it way over-jetted with a BE4/115 combo. Tried 105 main, but had no acceleration past mid-throttle. 103 was better, but not great. 102 seems about right.

Comments: Set-up more for reliability and daily running rather than racing, so main jet size could probably go up/down a little according to my mechanic. Gets along pretty well, humms nicely at 70kph in fourth gear.

Comments: This carb is a bit small for the ported 210 with Mazz Cut Crank and Malossi Reed Valve setup so the settings are a bit tricky. Would work better with a oval slide 30mm carb and best with a 34 - 35mm flat slide carb. The difference is peak hp vs. gas mileage. The 28mm nets somewhere between 30 - 50 miles per gallon depending on how hard it is being ridden. Doesn't get much better than that.

Comments: Pinasco + 60mm Mazz cut crank, timing @20 BTDC, NGK B9ES, milled Pinasco head w/ no packing plate, stock P200 gearing with 23/ 64 Malossi upgear, 10" VS1 star rims. Easy touring at 65mph with 1/2 throttle left, tons of torque pulling in 4th gear from 30mph up to 75mph top. 120/ 50 idle jet and the silde mod essentially eliminated the pinging with the throttle rolled off. BE4 was too rich, causing bogging/ rough transition around 1/2 throttle, and BE3 cleaned it right up. About 55MPG for spirited but not too crazy touring, maybe more for gentle ride.

Comments: Sito + and upjetting did not give the performance until I drilled out the airfilter dam above the main jet, checked the plug a couple of times over 200Kms and increased the jet from 118 to 122. Very happy with result. Smooth response through all gears and revs, plug a little on the rich side, but I would rather that than sieze her.

Comments: The motor has just been fully ported and matched inlet. the case was match ported for a Pinasco 215 and I hand finished the boost port and polished the piston with the ports laid back for high speed flow .Im 127kilos and it does an honest 128-130kmh depending on its mood after just 500km.

Comments: Running: Malossi Reed Valve (matched) with 0.3mm carbon petals, cylinder ports matched and tweaks to boost, piston windows and exhaust ports) Ignition retarded to 14 degrees, HP 4 flywheel, Upgear (8%) via (banded and reinforced crown) 21 tooth Cosa clutch. Plug Bosch W2cc (B10 equivelant) Squish band measures @ 1.9mm!. Kit + pipe very peaky..struggles to pull 4th, but flys when it does. Melted piston racing (same carb setting but timing not retarded and standard gearing). Dynoed at 131kmy(83mph) with 16.5 bhp (was jetted too rich and faulty plug cap at the time...should do more)

Comments: I run all my stock 200's w/ a 120 main at sea level. You loose a little right off the line, but you gain much more power for the 3-4th gap, you can do a 100 miles tucked down wide open w/ out seizing, and I've gotten several totally stock 200 motors up over 75mph w/ this setup.
