Comments: Bastard! Bill whined the whole raffle that he hadn't won anything yet. When they called the number he didn't think he had it and Sue said, "Bill that's you!". He started bouncing up and down in a dance that lasted an hour! Yeah Bill! DCD was stoked you won it!
